    A journey to discover our sea, through its fruits and its fish. The most famous, the rarest and those that are disappearing from our tables, to give life, in a modern key, to ancient traditions. An experience of 6 stops through some gifts of the sea, chosen daily according to the season and depending on the market availability. Sometimes raw, sometimes cooked, used in purity or object of interpretation.
